GRAVOS.io is operated by ProCreative – ProDev team. Privacy requests can be sent to info@gravos.io.

What we process

GRAVOS.io creates a random anonymous player token and stores your callsign, progression, loadout, match results, rewards and settings. The token is saved in your browser so your progress can be restored. We also process connection information such as IP address, browser details, latency and server logs needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the multiplayer service.

Chat messages and callsigns are visible to other players during play. Chat is transmitted live and is not stored as profile history. We do not currently require an account, real name, phone number, payment card or photograph.

Why we use it

We use this information to run multiplayer matches, save progression, prevent abuse, balance and improve the game, diagnose failures and protect the service. Where applicable, this is based on providing the service you request and our legitimate interest in operating a safe, reliable game.

Local storage and external services

The game uses browser local storage for the anonymous transfer token, settings and first-run state. It does not currently use advertising cookies. Web fonts may be delivered by Google Fonts, which can receive standard connection data when your browser requests those files. The game is hosted on infrastructure administered for ProCreative – ProDev team.

Retention

Inactive anonymous profiles are scheduled for deletion after 120 days. Short-lived operational logs and live match state are retained only as needed for security, diagnostics and service operation. You can request deletion of a profile by sending its transfer code from the email address above.

Your choices and rights

You can clear local game data in your browser, disable chat in game settings, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. We may need the anonymous transfer code to identify the correct profile.

Children

GRAVOS.io is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game adds accounts, avatars, advertising or other features. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
